Ok, let me be very clear that I’ve never actually worked at Calooh Callay. Although if I did live in London, hot diggidy damn, would I want to? This is an awesome bar, with a fun and energetic vibe, coupled with some amazing talent behind the bar that reminds me of a modern day Lab Bar. I did, however, have the pleasure of guest bartending here one night with my dear friend Jacob Briars, who compiled this cocktail list on the fly, adding his usual hilarious spin to the night.
